In place of particle effects you could always do an animated texture, maybe with a glow that fades in and out. That might be cool

hi i downloaded the others but one thing kind of puts this one and the jockey one down.. could you possibly create a particle effect for this one? or is it not possible?

There's about 50 different texture files for common infected, it would take way too long to even attempt. After I'm finished with the Molten Special Infected, im moving on to survivors, but they won't have any relation to Molten.
