Now that the community edition is being worked on, people are getting back into ME. So is there a chance to get this update or to hand the files over to the people who suggested to do it for you?

I'm kind of sad, that Keen stopped development on ME (for now), but isn't this the perfect moment to get this mod into a final working version? (sorry to be the annoying guy, after others already asked, but I really need this mod for my castle)

Since MedEng is dead aka finished, could you update this? :) The devs wont brake your mod anymore, we are all safed and freed from them. Now is the best time to safe this game, but only by some talented modders :)

I am really not that into modding atm... And heard rumors they will change the whole building mechanism. (Which will mess everything up.) Also this would be massive (and complicated). It would be a 1 1/2 block radius. (Per tower quarter. Big tower pieces are 2x2) 1 1/2 would require a ton of adapter pieces, and have a ton of fitting and design obstacles... So atm no. But maybe if a meaningfull update gets me into playing ME again, I will do another mod. Right now its just to much work. Sorry. But I can imagine the potential. :steamhappy:

Kobi, I love tiny!tower mod! With the new domes mod out, would you consider making a giant!tower mod? Basically exactly the same functionality, just scaled one up, instead of one down? Would allow for so much potential and finally make large round towers functional again - I feel theyve been rather heavily under-modded. Can you imagine the potential? :D

Hi Stori. Yes. I guess I should do that. And thanks for the solution. (I have not played ME for a long time, so I don't am aware to much. But if you allready solved it, and point out that easy fix, I surely should do it right away.) :)

Hey Kobi. I have the same problem. The issue is that in your SBCs you have the following line: <RandomRotation>true</RandomRotation>. That should be "false" instead of true. I don't know why it affects different people differently, but I'm having the same trouble and nothing resolves it for me. There's no reason at all to have RandomRotation set to "true," so it should always be false. Would you be able to make that change throughout?

Hi Zextan. The secret is "hold shift" (or Z to toggle) so they come to the right spot. If the dont flip (r,f), rotate once(q,e) first.

Maybe am a fool, but i totaly cant place your stuff in correct way. Meaningless how often i rotate, hold shift, how many times i try to place again, these parts only place in totaly random. From 40 times only 1 times the game place it correct way. In that case, that mod is looks awesome, but totaly useless...

Maybe can you share the secret how i suppose to place these in correct way? Because now iam totaly lost....

I love the idea of this mod, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get them placed. I am in survival, they don't seem to flip and I can't get them to adhere to outter walls. :(

I love it!! Thanks for making this! Kobi, any chance of making the same kind of functionality for regular sized towers? They're so clunky. And entry stairs to them, and slightly shorter round ceiling, so you can put in 3 ceiling squares and still get up the stairs :)

This is beautiful. :steamhappy: Sure, not very engineerlike to build such extravagantly whimsical architecture in a game half about seige engines, but I certainly do hope this makes it into Vanilla! The game really needs this. These towers make vanilla castles look like WW2 era bunkers by comparison, but perhaps that is to be expected when vanilla castles are designed entirely with an engineer's mindset. Castles used to be part fortifications, part status symbols. I would not place my money on these fairy towers vs. a catapult, but they do score major 'status symbol' points.

Very nice! Finally I can give my bastions a proper bartizan so my nonexistant guards are shielded against the nonexistant weather when they'll look out for nonexistant enemies. :D

Thanks guys! It cant be vanilla because all the collsiions are overmaxed and you can flip the blocks and place them inside of each other. You can place some pieces floating in the air and stuff like that... But it gives us maximum possibility and building freedom.

Well if you look at the second picture, you could have two windows there per tower (angular), that overlook the door and the wallbase. So it will give you an advantage and if you have several bartizans they can give cover to themselfes... But it has no arrowslits or murderholes.

No. Sorry Tiger. Those are more decorative pieces. (It has normal windos though, that go out sideways.) I dont really like the machicolations and having holes in my floors... Maybe I will make some more pieces sometimes but I dont really believe ME is or will be a fighting game.
