I did so because I really wanted to use this mod and many members of the community have been wanting to use this mod. Sadly, it hasn't been updated for nearly 6 years.However, if the mod author would like me to take it down I will absolutely do it. I did my best to give as much credit to the original author as possible as I am not seeking to steal the work they put into it merely allow myself and those that wish to use the mod to be able to use it again.
According to Dennis Shirk, the clumping of city states has been fixed - the *assumption* is that it'll be part of the next patch that we'll potentially see this coming week. That said, no-one from Firaxis has explicitly said that's when we'll see it.
It remains to be seen whether or not they'll make the other settings in this mod work.

So I thought this mod might be obsolete now, but it is not?
Is there a way to make your mod work with ricardo's PerfectWorld6 ?
