@sqrl According to SKYVE the source code (GitHub link) is missing so it would be hard to check for example incompatibilities. Please add the source code you SKYVE will not report this nice mod as not recommended to subscribe for.

Dynamic Fireworks is fully compatible with Plazas & Promenades DLC.


Please follow the Plazas & Promenades DLC Compatible modlist.

i have no issues using this mod. Super awesome to join in the firework display at one of my Parklife DLC parks. I like layering the exploding times by pausing and unpausing the game while laying down the firework points. Thanks for sharing this, I really enjoy this mod. :)

There needs to be a launcher for this. Something like with parklife where the fireworks launch every night. I want that exact system for some of my plazas. Perhaps you already had this planned?

Your fireworks are 10 times better than the vanilla ones . I wish you could update yours so the launch could be setup at a certain time and for the best would be to have sound as well .

I too see squares mostly, they turn into fireworks near the end but are big squares first :/

I did get the same error, yes. And I've found that the mod stays activated and so I do not get the error message any when I restart the game. It's still working, though.

@sqrl i uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same error,i looked for that fireworks modsettings thing and didnt see it ,i even ran a search on my computer and i get a not found

I see that the adsjutable height and random colors are alraedy in the plan, which i do feel the need for. But i also was wondering if it would be possible to make that the size of the firework is also adjustable? I find them rather small.

First time using this mod, and I get the same error when I try to activate it, and don't see the FireworksModSettings.cgs to delete. Even searched for it, and didn't find it.

Then I went to close the game, delete then resubscrive to the mod to see if that helped, and notice that the mod works. I see the "F", clicking it gives me the options, and clicking the city launches the fireworks! Might be annoying if that error pops up every time, though.

getting an error right on the main menu page and when activating the mod

It seems that the name 'FireworksModSettings' already exists. Maybe you have another mod that have the same settings file name?
Try deleting C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\FireworksModSettings.cgs and see if it works.

i got a message as soon as i started the game about an error and got this from the data txt

An exception occurred (System.ArgumentException: An element with the same key already exists in the dictionary.) trying to load FireworksModSettings. Deleting... [Settings - Internal]

(Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/artifacts/generated/common/runtime/DebugBindings.gen.cpp Line: 51)

Unable to instantiate type CS_Fireworks.FireworksMod in plugin [Mods - Internal]

deleted the mod and the message disappeared,hopefully its something easily fixed would like to try this mod
