idk if you're working on this anymore, but I notice a big red block sometimes when I kill npcs.

doesn't spit any errors or anything and it works well other than that.

Pair with Blood and Gore Overhaul IV, probably the best blood to go with that mod since the colour and shades are the most similar.

There is a slight bug of whenever the blood catches on- oh yeah you mention it in the last paragraph...

If this has actually been a problem for months , you should have asked for help much sooner. Generally, there's 3 methods of repairing decals. First is to make sure you uninstall and remove the old addon, which you've already done. After that, a quick restart of GMod & sometimes Steam may be needed. If that doesn't work, the only way they can still be installed at this point is if you hard installed them into your garrysmod/ directory. At this point, the decals won't even exist for your game anymore, so it would be impossible to see them. If you do still see them, you've missed something so retrace your steps.

can you please say how to fix it appearing after you install a diff blood mod? i checked my addons folder and the underhell blood mod is still gone
also menu_cleanupgmas doesnt work
if you can answer thank you because this was annoying me for months

Open your console in the main menu. Type in "menu_cleanupgmas". This will remove all uninstalled addons still stuck in your GMod folder.

@Huell Babineaux The "blood pool" is kinda just blood decals overlapping each other. Also litegibs is personally better because it's still being updated and doesn't suck too much fps.

how exactly do i use the blood pool feature? I've been looking everywhere and i want to try something other than blood and gore overhaul 4. Or does this mod blend with that one?

I have an idea. You could make versions for aliens too. I'm sick of shooting aliens seeing normal blood come out.

If I ever manage to fix my own particle issue, no problem. For some reason - no matter what particle I have installed, GMod always forces the default Half-Life 2 one on me. So I can't test new particles until that's solved.

Just wanted to compliment you on these decals. I tried uploading these from the original mod but it was kinda glitchy. This is done very well and doesn't even have the ugly squares around them when underwater. Nice work!
