these are really good mods you make. but they could be great mods if you fix the invisable parts. then when troops spawn they wont be all messed up when you dont have the option to customise them first.

Is there any way to set these outfits up as default outfits for soldiers, like editing the ini for weapon loadouts? For example, soldiers are already outfitted as MSF in Gatecrasher or when they are recruited.

If you take a look you'll actually see that ∑3245 was the one who did the job of updating the marine outfits for use in WotC. As for future content, you'll just have to wait and see.
