Then your fine. If the host/server is content built correctly the mod will be sent to any clients with the mod missing

Did you write any C# code Deres? If not then no this is a content mod meaning it will download on a player's game when they join a server with this mod

and it should work with servers
at least there was a way to add mods with codes on server
but i dont know if this counts as code mod and if, how the adding process was
