It's only intended to have one enabled at a time. You can subscribe to all of them but you should only have one enabled at a time.

There's no way to launch single-player scavenge or versus because they are inherently team-based game modes. You can find workarounds with Rayman's Mutation Mod, however.

The settings for single player mo longer show up, I wanted to try single player scavenger and vs, selecting single player ggoes straight to selecting a map, Is there a wa to revert these settings to show the single player options?

Launch game. Click on the left arrow panel. Click single-player. Voilà.
