Finally subscribe back to this current add-on for the other changes if you want. That way the add-on list will load the one that works for your resolution before this one.
It can't be a hard fix
Screen resolution is 1680x1050, it just happened all of a sudden I hadn't gotten a new monitor or anything
By the way @Olde if you are alive, can you fix the View workshop button misalign issue?
Also this bug seems to apply on all variants of Menu UI Update

The texture it calls for is 1/1.vtf, which is the blank replacement texture for the heartbeat. Moving it from 1 to vgui and updating the path in the VMT seems to have fixed it. Guess the game doesn't like looking for textures in that folder since it can interfere with certain boolean cvars. Or maybe it's just a fluke, I dunno.
The actual slot for the non-existent image is showing up blank as it should, but something is overriding that heartbeat monitor texture.
