Hey! I am creating a modified/minimalistic main menu using this addon as a base. Is this ok to you? I will of course credit your and Urik's edits in the description.

I don't know if it's a you problem, but pretty sure. I have been able to call votes using various versions of this menu ui update, and I don't think I edited that.

the "call for vote" button doesn't work for some reason

I already said I'm not going to look into fixing it since it's not replicable on my end and I'm not going to be changing it to accommodate the 2% of people who use controllers. If it's a problem for you, you can go ahead and fix it yourself. Otherwise you can always use addonlist.txt to change whatever mods you want.

No, sorry. If you want to work on it and create a fix, I'll review it and potentially update this add-on. However I don't use a controller and am not familiar with how the UI changes when it's used.

will you update this so that when a controller is added everything doesn't moves up and gets cutoff?

Hi Solekeeper, thank you for bringing this to my attention. Judging from Steam threads, the update is causing huge issues for people, not least of all those of us who use mods. Seeing as members of the team specifically said that they don't want any future L4D2 updates to break mod compatibility--and this did to a horrendous degree--I fully expect them to fix their mistake and make the game compatible with mods again. So unless they specifically say they won't be making the game compatible with mods, I feel it's better to wait. Thanks.

"Cut off glow text fix" pushes the horizontal value of the menu options slightly to the right so the glow covers all of the text. However, you'll notice with that fix that it causes the bottom options to become misaligned with the top. I tried to make a fix that would satisfy both our mods but wasn't able to get it to work. Maybe one day, but for right now it will have to be left as is. Sorry, but thank you for the comment.

Amazing mod! My only concern with it is just that it conflicts with the "Cut off glow text fix" mod. I was hoping you could find some way to have them work together or possibly include it in this mod as well.

It would be awesome if you made "No Group Servers" just by itself.

I like this version. The only problem I have with it is this: In the mutation page, it doesn't tell you what mutation you currently have selected. See if you can fix that.

- Should be able to change this when I have some time.
- Unfortunately I think fixing this is beyond my ability.
- The Audio menu is important for microphone users and while the Addons menu doesn't let you change addons in the active session, it can be useful to check which ones are enabled and they might change across campaigns if returning to lobby and then starting a new one from there (unconfirmed, though).

Good mod. The only problems I have encountered so far are:
- Extras submenu: Mouse cannot select some items and keyboard cannot select top item.
- Addons menu: To navigate between the mods with keyboard you need to click on mods first. Even then while browsing keys suddenly stop working and you have to use mouse again.
- Match menu: Audio button and Addons button are redundant. There are already two easy ways to access audio options and addon changes don't even have an effect during the active session.
