How does the numbering work for this mod? I go in the file and it says it was changed from 10 to 9. I'd like to change this to 5x faster.

It should be fixed. If it doesn't work, remove mod manually unsub, then resub.

New launcher broke mod updating for me... Until I can fix it version for 1.8 will be available only on Paradox Mods [mods.paradoxplaza.com]

Maybe, but probably not. OWB is big overhual mod soo it probably tweaked this values.

Is this Old World Blues compatible?

If R56 changed time needed for building i would need to make special version for it. Or maybe just try checking mods in different order.

Any way to make it work with Road to 56? Doesn't work with Road to 56 for me (Rt56&2x faster building were the only mods I used)

Yes, national focus.
Just research and building is fine. I won't complain.

NI? National focus? If yes this is impossible. Maybe after future updates. For now value that sets "cost" (time) of national focus is only one. And works both for human and AI players.
But faster research and building speed for player is possible.

Can you figure out how to make the NI, building, and research times only for the player?

my biggest complaint about BlackIce is how much you have to research and how long it takes to get stuff done. I mean one level increase in a port improvement takes like 3 months. Maybe now I can acutally enjoy playing BI rather then gettng so damned frustrated at how much I have in my building queue.
