If I may suggest for your consideration, it could be great to have one of the blocks with a road running through (Kind of gate or entrance) That could allow us to do a completely enclosed industrial compound.

Yay good stuff, at least some more dirty industrial stuff which is very welcome !
Btw need more of those heavy industry assets like realistic factories or realistic blast furnaces, coke bunkers etc...
