Funny thing is that this model was a playermodel for L4D, but I believe someone would have to port it in order for it to work. I'm not really into asking people to do all these things, so I guess you should do a playermodel if you want. Of course, you don't have to.

She's not in da npc foldda ,she is in the Browsing folders
If you press G or Q , there is a bottom" Spawnlists."
Press that , find Browse.
Press the + near it . Find addons
Open addons folder and find hibiki ,this list is in the alphabet order

Bones were made by human not PAC3,so you didn't get it.

Tried to use this on PAC3
Couldnt find any basicplayer model with a perfect bone for this ragdoll :(
