These are Beautiful! They remind me a little bit of wider Philadelphia row houses.

Yes, you're right about the columns. I was focusing more on the overall style than the specific layout. The stoop, the solid brick facade, etc. Very common look even if the floorplans aren't the same. Excited about what's coming! Thanks for all your hard work.

I feel like narrower rowhouses with only 2 window columns are more common around Philly, Baltimore, and D.C. I agree on that they are more Victorian if I look at their cornices

Very Philly/Baltimore, for sure. Even some parts of D.C., though they lean more Victorian.

Thanks. It seems a lot of people looking for rowhouses so here it is! I agree that it's more like Phily or Boston style than New York because of the short stoop. I will add bit more variations to this rowhouse series

Wooohooooo! Philllllly :D Sorry, I'm a homer and a little pumped up today! These rowhouses are what I've been hoping for, exaclty my hometown, rowhouses like this (Italianate cornices and front steps aka STOOP) by the thousands. Great work, thank you!
