I feel like narrower rowhouses with only 2 window columns are more common around Philly, Baltimore, and D.C. I agree on that they are more Victorian if I look at their cornices

Thanks. It seems a lot of people looking for rowhouses so here it is! I agree that it's more like Phily or Boston style than New York because of the short stoop. I will add bit more variations to this rowhouse series
