@Luwenstein, That would be a lot of work, for a pretty niche gameplay opprotunity. Its possible, but we probably won't follow up on that for the foreseeable future.

@atrophy04, it is treated as a regular rifle, so they will have to equip it. again its still WIP so you dont have to worry about it until the next release (wont be for awhile)

Quick question ... Can non violent pawns use the Numbicaine Rifle during combat to help others ?

Sounds curious.
If you manage to finalise Numbicaine Rifle, you should think about making a sedation rifle, a.k.a. "tranquilizer gun". Using the appropriate drug, of course.
