I tried to "clean" the empire textures from the griffon.. But it didn't quite work, lol Maybe a more experienced modder is necessary. I am trying to apply griffons for every HEF lord (following the army book) + manticores for the DEF. Manticores was easy enough, but the goddamn griffon looks weird. Maybe when you update this mod, we can work together on this concept?

@Gleen Cross: Willemsen already did the Firborn as a RoR in his unit mod, which also adds quite cool other RoR and normal units, as well.

Dragon Prince hero is a neat concept as well, didn't think about that, lol But imo, the Fireborn as a RoR is a better concept. Just have to make a simple recolor, revamp the stats and the descriptions... hmmm, maybe I can try my luck with the Fireborn in the near future, if no other modder already made this unit

It should probably say "Lothern Sea Helm" for the hero's name instead of "Lothern Sea Helms."

Any chance we see something like a "Dragon prince" Hero? Unmounted dragon prince as melee expert and maybe duelist :D With optional horse as mount :) But anyway,nice work !

The Phoenix guard were already covered by Mixu, he made a suicidal Elf that I forgot the name (a lord). There's also a lord who boosts the swordmaster... I believe only the chariots are not covered. Don't know if the tabletop has a chariot HEF hero, but fuck the tabletop, lol The more heroes we have, the better imo
