You can disable this HUD's FP death cam feature separately.

Took me an hour to single out this mod for the reason my FP death mod wouldnt work, but its a good hud anyways!!

will you add it from Half-life Alpha 0.52?

Well I'm talking about the HUD from the build its self (from Alpha 0.52). And Absolute Zero doesn't have it :(

hey man, can you help me with a mod it's from the 2000 hud and your mod is perfect for that this mod is for half-ife 2

@LuiferTheKillerZ because it's based on the Goldsrc Era and not the Source era, which means when you die, it's just first person on the ground

So I don't know how I accomplished this, but on a fresh install I managed to get Metal Gear Solid UI sound effects overhaul to actually cooperate with this mod, meaning my weapon selector now also has Metal Gear Solid sounds, which is really cool.

So after combining this with another HUD mod and even MGS sound UI overhaul it works well. I just wish I could turn off the weapon selection sounds fully since that option only turns it off partially, as MGS UI sound overhaul iconic weapon select sound gets overriden by this mod. Otherwise I love everything aboutt this, great work! I think the Half Life Weapon Edition 1.5 is my favourite weapon selector for the hud.
