Please note that a few of the roads are one-way in the wrong direction. Rebuilding them proper should fix it. I'm ashamed to say that I never got around to fixing that, but I might soon.

So, this map was previously broken for me, but i've fixed it.
What i did was i unsubscribed from EVERYTHING and only subscribed to mods that were less than a year in last update time. Then, i subscribed to this map and its assets and all seems well.
The only thing I can think to be the specific cause was a map terrain generation mod that I had left enabled. Either way, I can use this wonderfully contructed map now.
(Also, since clearing all my mods fixed every issue with this; most if not all errors probably do not lie with the map creator!)

That sucks. I don't own mass transit and don't have enought money to buy it. I'm looking forward to the non-DLC version tho.

@DusKeyOwl Darn. I hoped I avoided the requirement for the DLC's. But I've added Mass Transit as a requirement now and may have to make a non-DLC version soon.

Just figured it out as to why it is not working for people. You have to have the Mass Transit DLC. It introduced two lane highways and they can be used for connecting to the outside world... Without the DLC you will get nothing but a blue screen on loading, or a parameter missing.

Sorry to hear that. I'll keep looking into it, but I have no clue what is causing the exception for some users right now.

I'm hoping for more confirmation of people that the map IS working for them. With more than 2000 subscribers I'd loathe to think this map is just broken for most.

@Edge Can you try the solution Xstink proposed? Make a backup of your mod settings and then delete them and try again?

@Kudigo The map theme is Monte Belo, which is in the required items list. If it doesn't select it by default, you can select it manually when starting the map.

When I start a game with it, it says that a custom map theme is missing? Do I just load it with default?

but keep : userGameState.cgs , gameSettings.cgs and Save folder

Try to delete Mod settings in C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines

The map does not work for me either, same issues as with Jaybird. No DLC's either.

Thank you for your help. I'll keep looking into it. If more people could let me know if the map is working for them or not I can hopefully notice a pattern and resolve the issue.

I have Afterdark and Natural disasters only, both are turned on.

I'm very sorry to hear that. I'm out of ideas for the moment. Do you have any of the expansions (DLC's) running? If so, which?

Even with literally nothing loaded the map still breaks. Real shame, because the map looks beautiful.

Thats exactly what I'm doing. I've disabled all my mods, and assets and am going to see what works.

I am at a complete loss as to why this map seems to work fine for some people but not for others. I apologize for any inconvenience. Although as a last resort, could you try disabling your mods (not assets) and try again?

I have all the required items installed, and this happens, leading in with the "Null Reference exception" error. I even completely reinstalled all my addons and checked my game cache, no dice.

Now it's fix but before i download this asset some tree disaper.. Just for information i have downloaded all the required item in the list. But now all its OK. No problem no disaper thinks.

For those that can't get the map working, could you mention which (if any) of the expansions you have running? I tried making it so that the map doesn't require any of the DLC, but perhaps we should look for the solution there.

This map is amazing ! Lot of details, good work ! Add to my favorite y recommand it. I use them with Realistic european and its just perfect color, contrast and light !

I'm having the same problem as Maushroom.

Didn't work for me for some reason. I did install all required mods, too. Bummer, this map is beautiful.

@MathBuster I have the loading screen mod but it does not say any assets are missing/broken :/ Other maps works fine.

@Maushroom Sorry to hear that. It sounds like you are missing an asset. Are you certain that you activated all the required assets in-game? Are other (custom) maps loading fine? And could you disable any enabled mods that you have running and see if works then?

As a last resort you could try using the 'Loading Screen' mod and enabling its error reporting. That shows you if (and which) assets are missing.
