Disables pre-round damage to props and self

This mod is cool but there's a bug that's a bit annoying:

Whenever damage is dealt by the world (props, lava etc.) the console is filled with errors because GetActiveWeapon is nil.

Yeah, but these actually deal damage. They cause more chaos and confusion over whether or not someone is a jester with the added possibility of dieing.

But there's already a fake jester gun.
