There's a bug where if you lose your metalface body in legacy survival maps (I imagine that this gamemode is still in the game) you can revive yourself, but there'll be "revive brain" option present there that'll do nothing. Another one appears each time you die. It doesen't really bother you in any way if you play alone, I guess, but I think It may create some confusion while reviving teammates when playing with friends, haven't tested it though.
