yes, they will also generate energy (there is one building such type) and some props, such as oil tanks, tubes, and others. But now i cannot say, when i will create them, cos' now i'm busy with residential building asset creation.

In future there will be other modules, cos it is based on one of power plants in Saint-Petersburg

This is perhaps the electrical building I'll use the most in my current build, but this thing's just really good.
