Thank you guys!
Sadly no. These building are not a Green-Cities DLC building right now.
yeah i started to notice that too. Recently i've been following Ronyx's color and lighting guide for assets. Maybe i'll come back and update the textures for this set
Thank you guys for the support!
@LiaTheGr8
Ooo industry eh... I never thought of industry before when i made this series. I did imagined it having Commercial (shopping malls at first 3 or 4 levels) inside the building but i was limited by my knowledge of how to make assets in general.
I have since on to other assets, able to learn how to make new and better and recently i made a '3 in 1' concept building then. (see my Golden Mile Complex)
@CopernicusRex
hmmm... I get what you mean. I think the only way to stop them from appearing is to use Theme if i recall correctly. Its a option where you can choose what style of buildings you want district to have. So remove these JLD building out of the list.
What you experienced occur because i made this building as a grow-able as well... so thats why.
None the less, that you for the support!
Thanks CertainDeath! I wasn't so sure with sub service and what it does. Will update them! Stay tune!
if you zone buildings, buildings of sub service low will appear in low density zones. and buildings with sub service high appear in high density zones.
so your sub service low buildings will spam low density zones.
pls fix very soon.
its a high rise, so use sub service high.
otherwise some mods like realistic population will count theese homes with 1 family living in it :(
Definitely!. Thank you for your continuous support!
Thank you for your support!. It is a growable, however it is a level 5 building. And also, this is not a Green City district building, so meaning it will grow from regular Residential High.
To have more control, you can plob them manually via RICO mod or via Search Mod.
yeah that's the info that i saw on the guide. I might be wrong, but i think sub-service here means how much water and electricity the building consume? So setting it high means the building will consume a lot of water and electricity?
When building is high level with high population
> sub service: high / ui category : high
The settings you can edit are:
name: name of your building, including caps and spaces.
service: residential, commercial office, industrial, extractor. Industrial processing buildings will have industrial as a service.
sub-service:
Residential and Commercial: high or low.
Generic industrial: generic.
Industrial processing or extractors : farming, oil, forest, ore.
Office: none.
level: Buildng level.
Residential : 1 to 5
Office, commercial, industrial generic : 1 to 3
Extractors & industrial processing: 1
workplaces: number of workplaces (Set 0 for residential)
Homes: Home count for residential (Set to 0 for non-residential)
construction-cost: 0 for dree construction.
ui-category: determines the panel asset will be added to on the RICO panel.
Options include reslow, reshigh, comlow, comhigh, office, industrial, oil, ore, farming, forest
Im not quite sure what Sub-service means in RICO settings. The RICO guide didn't explain much about what it means, or maybe i missed out something.
What does it actually mean? How much sub service that building use? High or Low?
Sub-service: Low / - UI-Category: reshigh ?
It should not be it rather "Sub-service: High" isn't it?
There is no DLC or expansion requirement for this building.
You can do with or without the RICO mod
Hello Russian friend! I do not noe da wey.
haha. What do you mean new building in russia?
Thank you!
Thank you! Remember to 👍and share around!
Yes! I will be making and releasing the rest of the building in the series!
Wow looks like i have to get my hands on the Green Cities DLC! Don't know when tho...
Will you also make the other building type (it seems to be, that they would have 18 stories)?
To your sentence "I have not play nor own Green Cities expansion. So i'm not sure if there is special Green Cities functions or features that can be added into this Green, Residential High" I can tell you:
Yes, this DLC has special green cities functions AND features. It is an own residial specialization. To this, there is also a specialization for commercial and affices. (Offices specialisation: IT-Cluster.)
I love the green cities DLC!
