@ John (Chirch) you can switch the 1 carb to 2 in game editor or config.txt, or copy config.txt and paste it, change name to config3.txt and change engine to engine_v8_stary_2carb yourself. Swapping the 1 carb to 2 is one of the few changes that won't require changing anything else - exhaust and drive shaft line up perfectly. :)

is there a 2 carb version?

the i6 engine was developed to the point where it challenged (and in my opinion ,beats) the JDM legends of 2JZ and Rb20/25/30

@ razaer laptop that hasn't exactly been true for decades. Ford has 65 plants worldwide including Canada, Mexico, China, the United Kingdom, Germany, Turkey, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, and South Africa. Ford also has a cooperative agreement with Russian automaker GAZ. :)

@Frank I don't have a clue what cars are in Argentina and you obviously don't have a clue about what cars are in Australia. This is an Australian Ford Falcon. :)

There are no Chevys in Australia unless they were privately imported. Having said that, being originally from USA I was very surprised to see a lot of cars in AU are very different to their USA counterparts. EG: The AU Charger look more like USA Ford Torino than the USA Dodge Charger. :)

Roger that. Well yes, "all engines come with their own fan" except the modern ones (V8 DOHC, etc...) When engineers found that it would be easier on the engine and gain more HP by removing one extra thing driven by the belts, and started mounting fans to the radiator itself. Ah, the introduction of electric self-driven fans.

I'll put it on the todo list. I had it modelled in, but ofcourse all engines come with their own fan :)

Awesome job. Just curious though, not complaining. Why is there another Radiator Fan (V8 OHV) in front of the radiator when there is already one on the engine?

Only now, while looking into this, i noticed the p_reflection option (wondered what it was for, but never tried it) for parts and it actually means mirror!!

It's not a huge deal. The first thing I do with new mods is go into game editor and fix up exhausts and drive shafts, often change tyres and wheels, sizes, ride height, and tracking (to fit wider tyres). Just thought I'd mention it. I don't pretend to have a clue about how you do what you do. :)

Hi Bunns. Thanks for your quick reply. I suspect rotating is where you're running into problems. I create 2 identical exhausts, but only one has "mirrored" ticked. The exhausts look the same as rotating (IE: both move out from center as they go back to the mufflers) but tips are always pointing in the same direction - down. Doesn't work the same when creating a car from scratch? I don't mean to knit pick, just curious. I delete the one of yours with the tip pointing up and create a mirrored duplicate of whatever you've used. If I knew how to add screen shots to my posts, I could show you exactly what I've done. :)

Hiya David. We are limited to a few exhausts, all of them tipping down. So if you have a V8 with two exhausts, to make it look half decent you rotate one exhaust around it's center axle. That hower causes it to have the tip pointing in opposite direction.

I'm still trying to find a way to make these exhaust look better, i would love to see mirrored exhausts (left and right).

Haven't worked out screen shots. Curious as to how you do your exhausts? They usually have 1 tip pointing up and the other down. I don't mind changing it on my end as I tend to change some things anyway, but thought it was worth mentioning. Thanks for the cars. :)

Loving the Aussie muscle cars. I found the shaker hood but there doesn't seem to be a shaker scoop for the air cleaner.

This is awesome thanks bro, This takes me back awhile this car, A friend of mine i used to goto to primary school with's brother owned a GT351 black and white, used to pick us up from school and we do smokies down the road, Old Nick the Wog Boy, he even used to flip it on two wheels off the iland in the middle of the road because it had a lip on it.. Brilliant car and fond memories.
