The last two are optional, but they might help reducing the slowdowns on falling and jumping/bunnyhopping

Type in console:
sv_cheats 1 (Not sure if these commands work with cheats=0 so this might fix it)
sv_airaccelerate 100
sv_staminajumpcost 0
sv_staminalandcost 0

@puschi1981 Type sv_airaccelerate 100 into the console. If you don't know how to open the console its the ~ key, if that doesn't work you'll have to go into your game options and enable it.
