No. I made few factions that use my portraits, but i never saw randomly created ones that had it... Maybe its in diffrent file.

Have you (or anyone else) seen any AI empires using these "glitch boxes" as ships?

What line is it? Bugged ships appeared when i added cites (graphical culture).

Can you double check if you have line that effects shipsets? I'm only asking as I see "purity shipset" as an option while creating custom empire. I'm worried that AI might choose it when creating random empire.

I don't know how to animate stellaris portraits. Btw it's beter to dont have any animation than look at poor Kozlov trembling like jelly with crappy animation. It would be silly:P

It seems the Pictures are too large, as i see only the torso and the heads are cut off
