just be sure to have an accompanying .palette file, everything modding wise should be on the wiki!
its pretty easy to edit the palettes if you wanted to add blush to the base colors
the one in the preview is my own custom skin palette.

"Run Staxel" "Staxel Server?" and "Mod Manager"
You're going to want to pick the Mod manager once thats open click on "SXLMods" then hover to "New" then "Create New Mod"
From thereyou can pick which folder in mods you want to make into an sxlmod and fill in the details. After all that is done press "Done"
It should now show up in your installed mods, right click it and pick upload to Steam Workshop.
