Tried it with SFO tomb kings, it did not work. I think this only works with vanilla.

If you use a mod that changes buildings for Tomb Kings it won't work. I've tested it and it works fine.

Updated -- there was only 1 extra table entry (unit) compared to the old version (49 instead of 48).

@Raurruck that's a RoR unit right? This mod is only for regular units that are unlocked by buildings.

When I try loading Kaedrin's Mod Manager v1.8.2 it fails to load saying STEAM isn't on when, indeed, it's on.

No, you have to download mod manager for warhammer 2. My mods is working just fine now.
