Thank you for your kind words. Yea, I'm not happy with the eyes too, neither for this mod nor for the Mediocre Faces. Maybe one day I'll redo it.

This is probably one of the best looking face mods out there, especially the female faces.
But it would be fantastic if there was just a little bit more variations when it comes to the eyes.



@oi__io if you ever get back into Kenshi modding, i would be really cool if you could add some more "neutral" and muted eye colors to the faces (most other face mods has like really really bright eye colors that doesn't look natural).

Like the Male Skeleton one is my favourite, but the white eyes makes him look more like some sort of supernatural cannibal than a regular person with a facepaint.
Same with the MW_HumanMale_var3-02, the markings around the eyes are really cool but the red eyes removes some of the potential immersion.

Sorry, I'm on hiatus from modding so there's no major updates on any of my mods in the near future. Maybe one day I'll return to modding, just not right now.

Yes, these face textures are enabled for NPCs as well so you should see them with it. I was suppose to lower the chance of NPCs with these face textures but never get around to it. I will get to it eventually ;p

If I import, will this appear randomly on NPCs throughout the world? Or is it only for creating/changing a character?

I used third party freckle texture for these faces. If you wanted to use it for your mod, you'll have to give credit to tetrodoxin for that. But if you want me to send over custom texture files without those freckles, let me know. Just need to remove a couple of layers in Photoshop. :D

Yeah, Kenshi is very Mad Max inspired. Just look at the drifter leather pants and jacket for example.

This mod however is quiet accidental. Was fooling around trying to apply make up to the female textures and was wondering how it would look like with the Warboys facepaint on.

It wasn't suppose to be a replica but I guess it ended up towards that direction for the male facepaint. =_="

Truth be told, I'm not too happy with the male warpaint but I've spend way too much time tinkering with it and it doesn't get any better so I chose to upload it anyway.

I like the warpaint for Scorchlander female. I think it looks unique. Not happy at all with Scorchlander male tho.

Maybe I'll tinker more. Or maybe I'll make different variants. I haven't decided yet.

can you add more definition for scorchlanders? maybe use white color instead of blue? it will look much better!!

Thanks for the sub. I had to separate this one from the other face mod since I don't think it will fit in with the vanilla one. But it'll give me an opportunity to explore more extreme and severe face paint. It'll be very raw indeed.
