I use paint.net to make mods, and there's an option to make items have a glow effect.

This looks like a really awesome concept, it looks like Tron and Super Hot had a baby, with the enemies being all one color. One question; how did you get the bloom effect? Did you have to draw that onto the sprites themselves, or is it an actual effect?

A bit poor enemy placement, but the aesthetic is still interesting. Overall, not bad.
