For all of you asking, there's plenty of mods for nudity on loverslab, all of which you can probably downlaod and enable with Nexus Mod Manager. For male nude mods most people use Better Males (Nexus) or Schlongs of Skyrim (Loverslab). I suggest Schlongs of skyrim because it has adjustable schlong settings for all of your shlong needs and controllable erections. For female nude mods, I would suggest just looking up nude females on the nexus and choosing one you like. (there are dozens) For all of you who dont want to leave the convenience of subscribing to a mod and having it installed, thats fine, but you're missing out on tons of amazing mods that aren't here on steam. I really suggest taking a quick look at the Nexus and seeing if there's anything you like.

Nexus is free, and Google would just take you to a download site, generally with instructions. Just make sure you have a good antivirus.

Actually even the very first version of Morrowind shipped with nude models, and even though they were not exactly anatomically correct, they were even less politically correct; that is when the undies got slapped on and in every succesive game. The very early Elder Scrolls may have been pixely crude but they had some pretty risky outfits for pristesses for example, but that was in the 80's. Then came the political correctness movement and lawsuit happiness of the 90's and that is why we have the inconsistency of racy lore and prudish dialogue in today's game (Skyrim). You would not have heard "you may want to cover up your unmentionables" or similar lame lines from an NPC back in the day.
