Don't unzip the Painted Trailer addon just add it as is to you mods folder, then in game make sure the skin is above this mod.

how I can use that mod: "Painted Trailer addon Put under skin" ???
after decompressing I got folder called "automat" with few sub folders...?
I heve to use all of them or just one?
"Check mod order pic above" can't see that...

Now tried with all mods removed from mod folder, another new profile created with only the truck and skin activated, still no luck.

All mods are activated on a clean profile. All accessories are available and work, with the exception of the Caterpillar light box.
The right light box with paint seems simply to be unavailable.
Can you help me with the name of the accessory?
