Aha! I have used Realistic Populoation since release and like it a lot, but does not allow you to just plop buildings... or does it? Haha, hold in there at least until you complete the save game!

Except that I'm just the "contractor" who brings together all the great assets other folks are making. Sure is fun, though. LORD, but it's good to chat with another human being again. I've really been "hermitizing" while trying to get this gamesave finished. Will be glad when I'm done with it. FINALLY found a mod that made it unnecessary for me to use RICO .... it's called Realistic Population .... or something close to that .... by Whitefang something....boy, my memory is really going. Gotta finish this gamesave before it goes completely....chuckle.....

I have missed you, and noticed the blue theme of things and that is cool. Honestly, they should hire you to do the games landscape... yours are better.

I've been on my gamesave for days and days now - that's why you haven't heard from me. I'm hoping to upload it and the collection, etc., in a week or so. Then I can relax and start just enjoying "chats" again.
