I love your mod, but I'm spoiled. I just started Rise of Numibia and tried to add 3 capital ships and it said that I did not have enough fleet points. I only have 33,000 fleet points. I had no problem with Hold Your Ground.

every military station increases the limit by 2000

Def something cool wish I could find the value to make it not so high but might be worth a try. Right now a fully upgraded HQ everything maxed out I am still stuck with 30k or 25k fleet power cant remember not gonna log on to check but this limits my fleets so much unless there is another way to increase fleet power that I havent figure out yet or got to in the storyline considering I basically just kinda do my own thing might finish the storyline and create a new freeroam game

Shipslots change the number of ships you can put in the garage, not the capital limit.
afaik this is not moddable.
