I really like this in concept, but the "shades" over her eyes kill it for me once in-game. Other than that I really love it, great job! Just not to my tastes for the game with the reflective sunglasses-esque thing.

Using the Arbalests stress heal skill with this skin turns her to a square of broken graphics.
The rest of the animations look normal as far as i can tell.

Kind of a shame: the skins look awesome but the hair kinda look like glasses on the ''normal'' stance. I think it is because of the way the shadow of it is so ''square-shaped''

You have the blame the skin these recolours are based on, as I'm not an artist and only changed the colours.

Don't know how to help you there, I edited and tested these skins in my game folder and everything works well on my end. You can try the Nexus version I uploaded, (https://www.nexusmods.com/darkestdungeon/mods/565) though I don't see how that would actually change anything, as those are the same files.

Installing all skin mods manually.
Maybe i'm using old character animations, but original skin mod works fine.

Seems to be working fine for me. What were you doing when the white spots were on screen? That sounds like a missing or broken sprite, but all the sprites seem fine on my end. Try resubbing?

Not sure why you're making skin colour a thing here, it's just a palette mod, you're free to ignore it. Also not sure why you would say skin colour is a component of her comic, but you're free to interpret things your own way I guess. Please feel free to ignore this simple mod.

Why would you make the Arbalest white? Her being black seems to be a huge part of her backstory, judging from the comic. That's probably the reason why she's one of the few heroes whose skin colour doesn't change in all of their different canon skins
