Why does this mod require dls dragonborn?

Great idea, though in practice I must admit it makes the ocean look like a painted blob that's trying really hard to eat the beach.

Whoever needs to delete this mod so your game wont crash (You need Dragonborn dlc to run it)
1) Unsubscribe from this
2) Find the Skyrim install folder and delete waves.esp and waves.psa

Lupis, it stable , but this version is for old skyrim not SE , check the SE edition on the Bethesda.net or Nexus.

the Game crashes if you do not have Installed and activated Dragonborn .
Its not possible to make mods with DLC contents without having them loaded , and if there are any would be illegal .
