1. I get it that the Reiksguard is equipped with the best weapons available, but with
Weapon Strength: 49 (16 normal + 33 AP + Bonus vs. Large 25)
they are more powerful than Phoenix Guard and Chosen of Chaos. I understand that they are Elites, but they are still normal Humans. Staying in line with the +7 Damage increase of sword and shield Reiksguard maybe
Weapon Strength: 35 (10 normal + 25 AP + Bonus vs. Large 20)
would reflect this better?
2. Isn´t 120 men in one unit a bit too much for a Human Elite Unit?

Since you specify Reikland, I won't be able to recruit them as the golden order (Gelt)?

I don't know what you think about it.
Regarding your specific issue, do you play as Reikland (The Empire) or another Empire faction like The Golden Order or the Huntmarshal's Expedition?

while i will not add capes to my existing mods, i do well understand that there are people who would like to see them with capes. Therefore once i've released a combined all-in-one mod containing all units, i plan to make a version of this mod with capes on all units. It also should in theory be interchangeable with all standalone units and shouldn't break any savegames if you decide to switch to it.
