Wouldn't the coastguard be considered an army?

iceland doesnt have an military. they dont need it. but other than that then its a cool mod.

They don't have an Army, THEY HAVE A DEFENCE, Made up of 255 men, which are just coastguard people patrolling the seas. Fun fact: Most countries in NATO take turns to defend Iceland.
