im actually not working on this mod any more because people say that you can just edit research speed through the scenario editer so this md is discontinued

It also has a compatibility issue with Hospitality, I just had to go through my mods one by one to find the issue. Seems like it completely disables Hospitality's functions while active, I have no idea why.

its cheaper as if something was 200 it would be 20 if it was 1000 it would be 100 its just taking off a zero because any other way in XML would be much more harder to do

Yeah, does seem superfluous with the Research Speed Factor Stat Multiplier in the Scenario Editor.
