I'm having trouble with those other mods (the Pravda one, in my case) as well (they won't work with Kaiserreich), so I may start making some of my own.

I've tried using one with Kaiserreich, which has its own custom newspaper header, and it worked there; so it should work for other mods as well.

There also already is a Nazi German one: look for "Völkischer Beobachter".
