This asset keeps showing up as FAILED in the loading screen MOD.

No problem @honker it's just that i love this asset :steamthumbsup: but it fails at loading so i can't use it hopefully you have a solution for it!

no panic @honker. This asset works and is placeable. idk if it may need any DLC though.

The reason why it doesn't show up (for me) because it fails at loading everytime i load a save or a new city.
