You don't need a DLC for this, the issue is the LOD Texture size. I use LSMR and checked why it comes up with an error and it says "Invalid LOD texture size 128 x 246". This isn't the only road in this collection with this issue.

I cannot get street lamps to work on it (even with Network Skins). There's also clipping issues on ground segments. I can't overlook both, I'll check to find an alternative.

when i use this, it has no street lights for some reaosn, but it be good road

The model of this asset, Tokyo Expressway, has a maximum of 4 lanes, so there are no plans to create 5 or 6 lanes.
