Unfortunately, unless you're a modeler and edit the outfits for an individual model, you're going to have to live with clipping. I tried my best to make it a "1 size fits all" for the standard Civilian models, but other stuff is not supported.

ok adding on to my original comment bonemerging these things on a playermodel looks REALLY good but on ragdolls it clips through how do i fix?

This addon has a bug when i try to bonemerge a armor peice on the model the model clips through parts of the gear :(
