thx for the crits. tried to do rotten texture, but it didn't turn out as wanted. made the wood now darker. i think it does look better, thx for that tipp!

The wood is too bright. Make it more saturated.

I would disagree. There must be a reason why Necrolyte can heal people up. This fits very well considering the bright effects of his healing bulbs.

Great shape, but it's not very necro-ish. I'd say make the wood more pale, almost a rotten yellow-green like his shoulders, and get rid of the feathers.
