The twin-turbo V8 is a Maserati DLC item, it very much exists just you need a DLC for it-

it pops up that there is a engine swap for a v8 twin turbo DOHC and thats not in the game. what is that about because jeez id llove to have a twin turbo v8 in this game

Super sexy car! There are alot of visual add-ons or you can go stock. All the choices of mustangs are pretty sweet too.

like all workshop cars you just hit subscribe and it installs it usually either after a steam restart or launching the game, and it's just there, and this one should spawn just about everywhere.

That DeLorean is a personal I made for myself, it will not be uploaded because Red Dot eventually has a DeLorean DLC coming, so you'll have to wait for that.
