can u make it that i can turn off the "sanic" sound and just have red around my screen when he's near because that sound goes in my ear and out my ass and then crawl's back up my hole then up my spine and out my mouth

Uh, that's not anything to do with this mod. You change playermodel by holding "C" and selecting the icon in the top-left while in SANDBOX.

Yes. I could add a cvar if that's convenient, but the time is dynamic (depending how many rounds you survive).
