The nationalisum is in Austria and the Sudetenland. Demorcracy in Czech and Slovak areas. Socialisum is in Ukrainian, Polish and Romanian areas. The last one is in the Slavic areas. Hungary is neutral, I guss what ever you want if you want to make a Hungarian Empire.

the coup succes chance is too small to make a succesfull coup in Austria-Hungary.
You can`t do a succesful coup before AH manages to spread their units.
you could increase Corruption and Socialist/nationalist/democratic support in some provence`s
