Your mod is great, it is hard to play without it as Bretonnia.
One small criticism though, the anti-large variant of the questing knights you added (the ones with the axes) don't seem to benefit from all the tech/red tree/etc bonuses that the regular variant does. If you gear Repanse towards questing knights, you'll eventually have the standard variant having like 30 more melee defense than your anti-large variant.
Also, the poison/fire variants of the trebuchets seem to have moderately lower overall stats than the standard trebuchet, makes them generally a slight downgrade.
Other than that though, I love it. Any chance you could apply some similar love to the empire? All the old sfo empire unit mods I used to use have all seemingly been abandoned :[
