No. The Atlanta downtown is off this map to the north. However, if you wanted to, you could create a downtown in the middle of the map instead of an airport.

Think I use this map because nice spaced out airport ground lines and the already useable road network.
digg a big lake for water.

Phoenix is absolutely huge. Set to the normal 18x18 kms it would just be the CBD and inner suburbs. That also might be a totally flat map.
Right now i am working on the Dallas Ft Worth Airport area. The map will be complete very soon.
