You need to go into the wings block group and set the torque higher. Set it to 6.1MNm. Also tick share inertia tensor on the wing group too otherwise the ship rotates constantly. Hope this helped :)

I can't get the wings to work as the ship does not come with the toolbar functions for wings and ramp etc. There is a Wing Group in the ship's block group menu but I don't know what to do to get the wings to rotate.

@OogalyBoogaly I used New Driver mod for thrust. New drivers allow me to have a minimun amount of thrusters with high output. They also do no damage to the craft.
